General Grand Chapter

The General Grand Chapter portion of the program will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September 18th, 2020.
This year’s program will continue to build on our previous themes of Member recruitment and retention, and Capitular education.
We will also be hearing from a scientist whose research has been funded by our charity: Royal Arch Research Assistance. < br> There will be time for the Grand High Priests in our region to report on the activities in their states.
Finally, we will hear from our General Grand Chapter Officers as they outline their plans for the forthcoming Triennium.

Starting on Friday September 18th at 1 p.m., the conference will continue with the General Grand Council session.
The conference will be conducted virtually via Zoom. You will first enter into the waiting room, and at the designated time,
you will be admitted into the meeting. Dress code will be Business Casual or as your respective leadership dictates.

The Grand Encampment is holding the 2020 South Central Department Conference by virtual ZOOM meeting on Saturday September 19, 2020 beginning at 10:00 am CDT and ending around 5:00 pm CDT. There will be a 1-hour break at about 12:00 Noon for Lunch (resuming at 1:00 pm) and a 15-minute break at about 2:45 pm (resuming at 3:00 pm).
 
All Missouri Sir Knights are cordially invited to attend the 2020 South Central Department Conference. You will learn about the Grand Encampment’s Membership Program, you will receive an update about the Knight Templar Eye Foundation, you will learn about the 68th Triennium projects, you will learn about how Templary is being preserved during the pandemic, you will receive an update about the 68th Triennial Conclave, and you will receive a preview of the 69th Triennium. There is a lot of great information packed into the meeting.
 
We hope all Missouri Sir Knights will plan to attend. Here is all that you need to do to get on the list for a registration email – send an email to Sir Knight Jack M. Harper, II, our Department Commander, and tell him that you are from Missouri, provide your full name, provide the name and Number of your Commandery, and if you are an Officer in your Commandery, then provide the office that you hold.

Sir Knight Harper will place you on his invitation list. Sometime after September 9, 2020 you will receive an email from the Grand Encampment about registering for the meeting. Once you have registered for the meeting, then you will receive an email with the actual ZOOM meeting invitation (keep this email so you can join the meeting on September 19, 2020).
